Please note, due to COVID-19, if the Canada Post option is selected, your order will be delivered to the nearest local post office for pickup. There may be some changes to Canada Post’s service times. Click here for more information.
All orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered the same day between 5 pm and 10 pm.
All orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will be shipped from our facility the same day. The packages will then go to the closest depot for sorting before being shipped out the next day.
All packages shipped by Canada Post will be delivered to your nearest local post office for pick up. Due to Covid-19, Canada Post is unable to deliver packages requiring ID verification direct to your door.
Please keep in mind that shipping time is an estimate from Canada Post and Purolator. These shipping times can be subject to delays.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please click the link in your email to track your package. If you are having any difficulties, please call us at 1-855-794-2266.
Please note that we can neither guarantee specific delivery times nor accommodate specific time requests.
You will receive an alert when your package is out for delivery, 1 hour away and 5 minutes before your delivery is due. If you are not home, they will attempt delivery for two more days. If the package is not signed for after three days, it will be returned to us to be destroyed. At this point, no refund or replacement will be issued.
For Canada Post and Purolator deliveries, if no one is home to sign for your package, a delivery slip will be left. The package will then be taken to the nearest depot. Refer to this slip for the date of pickup and location of your package. Please note that if your package is left too long at the depot, it will be sent back to our facility to be destroyed. At this point, no refund or replacement will be issued.
